It's that time of year again, time to start arranging accommodation for the next University Year, starting in September. On this page is some brief information about each of my houses. Most have a couple of photos and a map, but by far the best way to choose where you want to live for a year is to come and have a look for yourself. David Parry is an experienced landlord of many years. The houses owned by David are all within 1 mile of the University and

Town Centre of Huddersfield.

So this means they are all ideal for students attending either the University or Huddersfield Technical College.

All the houses are equipped with appropriate furniture.

The lounges have settees and chairs, coffee table, some have a TV, The bedrooms have double bed, desk, chair, wardrobe and/or drawers. All houses have the fastest wifi broadband available.
